Our Price List
What will this clipping service cost? We are well aware that cost has to be at the top of any list of questions in making a decision about clipping services. We are happy to give you the answer right off the bat, because we know our answer is a bargain given the number of publications we read, and the services and results you get!
Print Service Fees:
Print Service Fees consist of a Monthly Reading Fee + "Per Clip" Fee:
- Monthly Reading Fee
- Local reading fee – $73/mo. Covers Missouri’s daily, weekly, monthly newspapers and magazines.
- Missouri + Illinois and/or Kansas – $93/mo.
- National or regional reading fee (includes Missouri) – $151/mo. Covers daily and weekly newspapers in selected states or all 50, plus national magazines, trade and scientific journals.
- $25/mo. if daily mailing required.
- Per Clip Fee
- $0.68 per MO clipping, $1.09 and $2.13 per other states’ clipping, plus postage for 1st class weekly mailing.
- Scanned and emailed newspaper clips using Adobe Acrobat® .pdf format $1.25 in addition to the clip price. For example, Missouri clip price of $.68 + $1.25 = $1.93, etc…
Internet Monitoring Service Fees:
Internet Monitoring Service Fees consist of a Monthly Search Fee + "Per Hit" Fee. Internet Monitoring includes daily search, editing for relevance, and emailed links.
- Monthly Search Fee
- Without Print Service - basic search $125/mo, add blog search, $165/mo. total.
- With Print Service - basic search $60/mo, add blog search, $100/mo. total.
- Per Hit Fee
- 1-20 keywords - $0.30/hit + monthly search fee
- 21-40 keywords - $0.40/hit + monthly search fee
- 41-60 keywords - $0.50/hit + monthly search fee
- Internet content from monitoring service prepared as a newspaper clip upon request: $0.68/pg up to 5 pages (includes 1st class postage, no additional charge over 5 pages)
Broadcast Monitoring Service Fees:
- $50/segment television broadcast clips delivered on standard VHS tape or DVD. - $10 per additional copy.
- $40/segment radio broadcast clips delivered on standard cassette tape less than 5 minutes duration with $5/additional for every portion of 5 additional minutes per segment. (on request)
- Transcripts of television or radio segments (per segment) - $50 first page, $10 for each additional page.
- $60/mo. for daily faxed or emailed television broadcast hit list.
- $20 per each one-time hit list for television broadcasts ($10 off price of hit list if broadcast segment is purchased).
Other Services:
- $50 CD-ROM Reference Library of your newsclips with searchable index database; up to 100 articles. $5.00 each additional 1-25 articles on CD-ROM.
- International, databank and fax orders quoted on request
- Clip value analysis (equivalent advertising value) - $42/mo. + 0.52 per clip over standard reading and newsclip charge for market analysis report of your MO newsclips.
